Whistleblowing

The iussue can be reported under the policy of reporting misconduct and corruption.

The notifier may report according to this policy when there is reason to suspect that a director, employee, business partner, or any person related to the company has engaged in the following matters, such as
(1) Illegal acts
(2) Violation of the Code of Business Ethics
(3) Acts that are harmful to society and the environment
(4) Corruption
(5) Money laundering
(6) Bribery and Corruption
(7) Abuse of unlawful power
(8) Improper use of the Company's assets
(9) Failure to report a conflict of interest when a conflict occurs

Complaints related to employees are not covered by this policy, as employees can lodge complaints with the Company in accordance with the Company's Operating Regulations. for example
(1) Personal conflict between the whistleblower and other employees
(2) Salary increases, bonuses, job transfers, or job adjustments
(3) Disciplinary action, suspension or dismissal of the Company
